ReAnimania International Film Festival and Animated Arts 9-th Festival Launches

The 9-th International ReAnimania International Animation Film and Craft Art Festival will kick off at Moscow Cinema on October 28 at 19:00.

This year, the festival has received over 2,500 applications from around 100 countries. 200 of them, including 4 full-length films, were included in 5 competition programs. Best Feature Film, Best Short Film, Best TV and Educational Film, Best Graduation Film and Best Music Animation.

ReAnimania will this year will be opened with an animated film entitled “Won Gog’s Passions” about world renowned painter Vincent van Gogh, whose screenplay will feature producer Shawn Bobney. A meeting with Sean Bobyte is also scheduled, who will feature the film’s creation history.

The festival program includes the creation of the best French animated short films in 2017, a unique program of musical clips and a traditional comic bookshop for the third time.

The closing of the festival will take place on November 2, at 19:00, with the new feature film “Big Bench Fox and other Stories” by the authors of the animated film “Ernest and Celeste” at Moscow Cinema.
